Check your spare
Most cars carry a spare or a compact "donut" in the trunk or under the vehicle. Some newer cars only have a repair kit. If you don't have a usable spare, we'll tow you to a tire shop instead.
Donut spares have limits
A compact spare is meant for short trips at reduced speed. Check the label on the spare or your owner's manual. Many list about 50 mph and about 50 to 70 miles. Get the full-size tire repaired or replaced soon.
Pull over somewhere safe
Driving on a flat can ruin the wheel. Get as far off the road as you safely can, turn on your hazards, and on a freeway, stay buckled in the car until help arrives.
